i did 160 lbs on the leg press!

any progress you see is always good.
it is bad if you see stagnation in either size (however you want to look) or strength, or bodyfat (and in the case of the latter, it can actually get worse - ugh).

unofortunately I don't what is good for women, but anything over your bodyweight sounds good for starters.
 
good job smalls....I usually do 665 X 8 :D You got a little ways to catch me ;)

I used to be able to one arm deadlift a half full keg into the back of my pickup, LOL :D

Never try to be a hard-ass and carry a full keg by yourself up flights of stairs when you're drunk....LOL....I know from experience....:D
 
yeah i will catch up to you in no time buck lol ;)

deadlifts... i want to start doing them but i'm afraid of hurting myself from doing them improperly.
