cuz your sleeping to long,keep it to 30mins and you will feel good,much longer you will feel like shit,has to due with the stages of sleep you enter
 
sleep is extremely important for your body if you're a person that is very very active. that energy has to come from somewhere and you either have to make a point of replenishing your body with sleep and feeding it enough to keep up with what you're doing and how long you want to be going.
 
You might want to consider:
* Are you eating enough carbs, calories for your height, weight and age?
* You drink alot of water? How much?
* Sodium Intake?
