There is a running store near here where my hubby got his shoes, so I'll go there. From what I can see I'm still lifting as heavy as ever. We don't run for distance really, we usually walk to the gym. Why do cardio when you can get it to & from the gym?? Anyway, we've started running a big portion of the way to & from the gym. One day, I hope to be able to run the whole way.
