I am having some kick ass results with my diet and workout routine

Ask Ulter, he will tell you it is an overblown myth. How people have you ever heard of fucking up their thyroid? It always seems to be a friend of a friend.

Like UA said, you are going to need some androgens on there though.

Yeah... I know no one that has fugged up their thyroid, just seems like a scary proposition.

I am assuming you are talking about a cutting cycle? The one with 100mcg of t3 daily? You don't ever use T3 when you are bulking, I presume.

I try dropping my daily calories by 100kcal/day with each week that goes by in order to keep my body moving in the right direction. I also throw in a little cardio a few weeks out from the end of my diet.

I do cardio every day with the weight training. Do core every time, and alterate arms chest with legs.

Yeah.

Small dose of test (for Mr. Happy times) each week, then :
Tren 76mg
30mg Halo (Stenox)
20mg Anavar (BTG)
t3 100mcgs
all daily.

BTW I don't believe in bulking or cutting cycles. All cycles better be putting some muscles on my ass or I ain't gonna be none too happy about it.
This is basically my Get-Ready-For-Russia cycle. As I am going on a cruise there and want to look like half way decent.

that regimen would not agree with me

funny about your view on T3, I was just reading a thread over on the AS board where they were talking about how a lot of top pros would never touch t3, for fear of screwing up their thyroid permantly....could be BS, I dunno what to believe.

I started at 215 in Dec. And am down to 201 today. In the last week I went from 204 to 201 which I was a bit leary about. That is a lot of weight to lose in a week. I can totally notice it in my belly too. I'm thinking 190 by the summer and I will be ripped with this same routine. I am so freaking excited. My confidence is sky high. I actually am looking forward to taking my shirt off this summer to show my shit. :)

Congratulations. Keep at it! Nothing equals better satisfaction and more motivation to succeed than results! Keep it up shredder!!
