I am having some kick ass results with my diet and workout routine

I am a total amature at this and have really been surprised. I started working out in the begining of Dec. Steady 4-5 times a week. Changed my diet a month ago.

I started at 215 in Dec. And am down to 201 today. In the last week I went from 204 to 201 which I was a bit leary about. That is a lot of weight to lose in a week. I can totally notice it in my belly too. I'm thinking 190 by the summer and I will be ripped with this same routine. I am so freaking excited. My confidence is sky high. I actually am looking forward to taking my shirt off this summer to show my shit. :)
that is such an awesome feeling. good for you!!! :)

A myth.

Hit up 50mcg daily for a couple weeks and if not liking the results, move it higher.

you'd wanna be on some heavy AAS with that. T3 eats everything up.

I trust that you aren't fucking around with that statement. This is C&C so I have to make double sure...

Thyroid ain't nothing to fuck with. Have you used 50mcg daily and then stopped stone cold?

It is getting about time to change up the routine though - you don't want to carry it on much longer than 2-3 months at a time IMO....well, that is for training routines not so much diets. You do need to change up your diet as well though.

I try dropping my daily calories by 100kcal/day with each week that goes by in order to keep my body moving in the right direction. I also throw in a little cardio a few weeks out from the end of my diet.

Nathan... totally off topic questions... but:

When you bulk how many cals do you add daily?

When you bulk on AAS, how many cals do you add daily?

Same thing more or less. I wouldn't do much bulking at my current size without the ASS though - I think I'm about as big as I am gonna get.
I don't think over-eating a lot is ever really a good idea. Find that point that all your lifts are going up and your weight is going up slowly and then leave it there. I know my maintenace and even when bulking, I always have days that I feel like I am getting fat too fast and so back off the kcals for a couple days and see what happens. It's constant and I never come up with a 2 or 3 month plan and then blindly stick to it. That is a bad idea IMO.

Bro, I have known people to run 150mcgs for a couple of months and then drop to 100mcgs for a week and stop cold turkey.

Ask Ulter, he will tell you it is an overblown myth. How people have you ever heard of fucking up their thyroid? It always seems to be a friend of a friend.

My next cycle, I am going to use it 100mcgs start to finish.

Like UA said, you are going to need some androgens on there though.

I have found that if I want to maintain muscle mass with my body type....I have to cut mainly with my diet....If I do too much cardio...I start to loose muscle mass quickly......

Me as well. Diet alone takes me most of the way. Too much cardio and the weight just drops off me. small bone-structure I think.

Yeah, I'm a tall lankee type with long arms and torso naturally.....and allways stay atleast 50 lbs over my natural weight....so it doesn't take much at all to loose muscle mass......everyone has to figure out how there own body responds to training, diet,AS ext....through trial and error.....and learn that what works for someone else might not work for them at all.....
