I am a total amature at this and have really been surprised. I started working out in the begining of Dec. Steady 4-5 times a week. Changed my diet a month ago.
I started at 215 in Dec. And am down to 201 today. In the last week I went from 204 to 201 which I was a bit leary about. That is a lot of weight to lose in a week. I can totally notice it in my belly too. I'm thinking 190 by the summer and I will be ripped with this same routine. I am so freaking excited. My confidence is sky high. I actually am looking forward to taking my shirt off this summer to show my shit.
