I am a Fat Bastard and want to change!

if u wanna get crazy eat 8 cans of tuna a day and a shitload of water with some vitamins . look at each can as a weapon to destroy fat that your holding , collect the cans after each time u use it and put them on a shelf so one day you can reflect on them as a testament to your toughness also it can be a cool goal to build a huge wall of empty (clean) cans of tuna:moon:

never2strong, how can a can of tuna help destroy fat...i know that the protein in the tuna helps in building muscles, but i dont know how it help in losing fat...

i dun mean it literally , but protein does burn at 20% carbs at 8% and fat at 2% inside of the body , im pretty sure of these figures but not 100%

Thanks everyone for the input! 8 cans of tuna a day, yuck! Thanks but no thanks. My diet and training will not start until Thursday 18/9/03( i was meant to start on Monday- few things to clear up first). It is hard being a perfectionist in that it is hard to start things until other things have been sorted out! Thursday though will be 100% all the way. I think the knee will also handle some long walks for cardio to start out- should also help. Thank you for all the support.

Yeah, for about 2 days until cats start following your ass around, and people say you smell like coochie.

LOL!!

LoL. Good one SwoleCat.

8 cans of tuna? So you would be eating an all protien diet? Bad idea. Also canned tuna is a bit high in mercury. I wouldn't eat 8 a day for any length of time.

Would that tuna thing really work? 8 cans of tuna a day??

Good call on becoming the pied piper of the neighborhood cats ~SC~...heehee...

But no - an all protein diet makes no sense at all. In the absence of fat or carbs for energy, your body will convert protein to glucose anyway (through a process known as gluconeogenesis) - and this is a very expensive way to get your energy. Eat some carbs or do a CKD - but an all protein diet is just silly.
