So I posted my diet a couple of weeks ago and with the changes that Joe and Superqt offered I have been seeing some good results. I have stuck to it and only had one cheat meal in that time. Today I have been hungry all dang day. I tried sticking to the diet but just no way to do it. SO for lunch I had to get full so I ate basically a whole baked chicken, prob 4 servings of turnip greens and 4 servings of white beans. Does this ever happen to you guys....a day just sneaks up and you stay hungry all day???
