1st off I just want to say hi to everyone in the EF community.Ive gained a good bit of knowledge from you guys so far.
2nd Here are my stats.
Just turned 25 last month.Im 5'10 190 and a baseball player (outfield).Ive been lifting SERIOUSLY for 7 years,usually taking it easy in-season. Honestly unsure of BF% at this point,but Im not far at all from playing shape. I had my winter season in Latin America cut short with injury. Ive been contemplating an AAS cycle for 2 yrs now,researching by way of forums books and friends at old gym. Ive been released by a notable club where I was tested and currently my only offers are of the "non traditional" route. I am set on a 12 wk TestE cycle @4-500mg/wk with dbol as a 4 week kick @ 20mg/day (I know pretty basic)..HOWEVER I am also considering adding a 2nd dbol cycle from weeks 9-12. It would look like this: wks 1-4 dbol @20mgs/day..1-12 TestE @ 4-500mg/wk (probably 5 to be honest)..and then dbol @ 30mgs/day in wks 9-12.
My reason for 2nd dbol cycle @ end is to provide a boost at end of cycle.Ive been told of gains slowing around week 8..I dont want this to happen to me and wish to combat it. I know what im considering is uncommon but cant afford a slowdown in strength or recovery. I will run hcg @ 250 iu twice/wk and aromasin @ 10mg EOD. Hcg will run until pct starts 2 weeks post cycle.
My goals are to add strength WHILE being able to recover from speed work. Ill run a 6 day split (3+3) and do speed work a minimum of 3 times/wk.
Here are my questions.
1. Given my dedication to and CLEAN dietcardio (incl. jump rope everyday) should bloating be an issue?
2. Is there an advantage to 500mgs/wk 1st cycle over 400 (remember:Im not a body builder however I would love to add to what I have)
3. AND THIS IS A BIG ONE TO ME: is it possible to safely perform speed work..mainly sprints..5 times a week due to recovery benefits of TEST? Anyone have experiene here?
