1st off I just want to say hi to everyone in the EF community.Ive gained a good bit of knowledge from you guys so far.
2nd Here are my stats.
Just turned 25 last month.Im 5'10 190 and a baseball player (outfield).Ive been lifting SERIOUSLY for 7 years,usually taking it easy in-season. Honestly unsure of BF% at this point,but Im not far at all from playing shape. I had my winter season in Latin America cut short with injury. Ive been contemplating an AAS cycle for 2 yrs now,researching by way of forums books and friends at old gym. Ive been released by a notable club where I was tested and currently my only offers are of the "non traditional" route. I am set on a 12 wk TestE cycle @4-500mg/wk with dbol as a 4 week kick @ 20mg/day (I know pretty basic)..HOWEVER I am also considering adding a 2nd dbol cycle from weeks 9-12. It would look like this: wks 1-4 dbol @20mgs/day..1-12 TestE @ 4-500mg/wk (probably 5 to be honest)..and then dbol @ 30mgs/day in wks 9-12.
My reason for 2nd dbol cycle @ end is to provide a boost at end of cycle.Ive been told of gains slowing around week 8..I dont want this to happen to me and wish to combat it. I know what im considering is uncommon but cant afford a slowdown in strength or recovery. I will run hcg @ 250 iu twice/wk and aromasin @ 10mg EOD. Hcg will run until pct starts 2 weeks post cycle.
My goals are to add strength WHILE being able to recover from speed work. Ill run a 6 day split (3+3) and do speed work a minimum of 3 times/wk.

Here are my questions.
1. Given my dedication to and CLEAN dietcardio (incl. jump rope everyday) should bloating be an issue?
2. Is there an advantage to 500mgs/wk 1st cycle over 400 (remember:Im not a body builder however I would love to add to what I have)
3. AND THIS IS A BIG ONE TO ME: is it possible to safely perform speed work..mainly sprints..5 times a week due to recovery benefits of TEST? Anyone have experiene here?

Looks like you did your research bro! I would say that running Dbol at the end of your cycle could be a good idea but there are better options. Also you don't want your estrogen to be high going into PCT, which will cause a rough recovery. Dbol bloats the hell out of you... but it can be controlled with Aromasin and a clean diet. If you don't want to bloat at all, I would go with Turnibol over Dbol. As far as 500mg over 400...That's really up to you... IMO 400 is enough and there really is no need to go to 500mg/wk on your first cycle. I'll let others chime in on the speed/endurance, etc. I'm not much of a cardio guy.
 
I'd be careful about taking dbol if you're doing sprints... I've found it impossible to run on dbol before because of crazy shin pumps that can occur from just walking fast...
 
Thanks for the replies guys..my ONLY fear with turinabol is whether or not I could get authentic tbol. My local source never mentioned it..however I WILL ask about it. Ive just been told by a former teammate that "real tbol" is hard to come by and that a lot of guys sell dbol as tbol..is there any truth to this? How hard is it to get? I've been intrigued by the strength/hardness aspects of a tbol cycle with no bloat..however Im not anywhere near my upper level counterparts and dont have the financial means nor time to recover from a hoodwinking..lol..say I COULDN'T get tbol..what could I do to ensure recovery goes well given my outlined cycle outside of what I already have planned? Oh and for pct I plan on the basic 40mg/day of nolva for 2 wks and 20mg/day for final 2.

1/4 tab of arimidex EOD should keep the Bloat to a minimum from the Dbol,as far as your PCT ,"it sucks" Nova does nothing in restarting your HPTA,

I would opt for another oral depending on what your injury is. If your injury was joint related then stick with what you have above, if not possibly consider Anavar (this will make your speed work great, not hard on the joints, and strength goes thru the roof)
none of those are hard to find, your teammate is dumb, but don't talk about sources or finding stuff on the board.

I would do this:
test 500mg 1-10
Anavar 1-4 60mg
anavar 8-12 60mg
aromasin 12.5 eod

and a proper pct
 
i can't figure out why you would want to run dbol at all for your goals... i don't care what you run, your going to bloat and the estrogen conversion on it is very high... i think anavar is a WAY better option... you don't need 500 mg of test either... 350-375 is great... as long as you have quality shit then you will do well... tbol would be a great kick start and anavar on the back end...

your pct is fucking terrible...

what exactly is wrong my pct..I want to fix it and get this right.This is TOO important to screw up. The reason I chose nolva for my pct over clomid is because I have read that clomid can negatively effect vision (VERY IMPORTANT TO ME).Has anyone experienced this? Also,what dosage of anavar do you guys recommend? Ive read that only higher doses are effective for strength gain and its pretty expensive.

My biggest fear is the slow down in the later weeks of a testosterone cycle.If Im going to cross into this world a slow down would just suck.Im going to look further into tbol.Its always sounded good,I was just put off by what my teammate told me.
 
Anavar 60mg for a beginner sounds about right....you could even go for 40mg and get good results (I have run it at that and liked it) it is just better and better until the optimal dose of 80mg

clomid at the dosages he just lined out, will not effect your vision whatsoever. It is at high dosages that vision problems occur.
There is a pct section/stickies that will outline these reasons if you care to gain a further knowledge about it (which you should do)
you won't 'fall off" IF you do this smart, with a proper PCT
