How's this routine?

Is this a good routine to follow while on a cycle of tren/test?

crunch hammer curl
reverse crunch dumbell flyes
barbell curl overhead press
flat bench press
incline bench press
squat
calf raise All excersises
bent over row M-W-F 3x8-10
 
Yeah, that looks pretty aweful, for more reasons than I care to type. But, you wanted advice, and advice you'll get.

Just post up some background info. (age, yrs training, ht/wt, etc) and post your goals and what you hope to accomplish through training and I am sure everybody can help you come up with something more productive.

I'm 33 been lifting on and off for 4 years.I'm 6'1" 210#.I'm trying to bulk up and put on as much muscle as possible.The routine i've been using is as follows;Day 1-chest,tri's,shoulders.Day 2 rest.Day 3-legs,abs.Day 4-rest.Day 5-back,bi's.Day 6&7 rest.But while on gear that doesn't seem like enough of a workout.That's why i was inquiring about the full body 3x a week routine.Is it really that bad?
 
i personally give back and legs there own day, but throw in the other for maybe a set or two for xtra work. work chest tris and delts on one day and delts bis and tris another. my chest and bis are fine so i only do them once a week.

mon legs and lil bit of back

tue chest and tris some delt work

wed abs

thu back and lil bit of legs

fri delts bis and some extra tri work


in other words just increase the intensity and more days a week, for each body aprt, dont throw them all together.
 
If you want to use a 3 day a week full body routine that is fine BUT there is a proper way to do it. Slobberknocker has had great results with a simple 3 day a week program that goes like this:

Sun.
deadlift 1x5
bent rows 2x5
underhand rows 2x5



Tues.
bench 1x5
incline 2x5
military press 2x5



Thurs.
Skwat 1x5
leg curls 2x8
incline crunches 3x15

Or you could try Cornholio's Old School program which is located in the sticky at the top of the thread. DC is another than will compliment your hormonal advantages well.

No matter what you do give one of these tested programs a 100 percent effort and they will all pay off, just whatever you do don't do what you listed at the top...lol
