ok, I have had a strain/tear/nerve impingement in my trap/rear delt area for a while now. I've been to the chiro, taken medicines, taken time off, and not much has helped. It was feeling better for a while and I have now figured out what injures/strains it are anything lifted above my head.

I cannot do arnold presses, military, or behind-the-neck for a long time I think, so will doing lat, front and rear raises be enough for shoulders?? any exercises I'm missing. thanks for helping me out, my f'ing neck is killing me!!!

dont screw with your shoulder.. instability there is a real bitch.

Do lots of rotators, raises, etc. with little weight (i.e. 1-2#). Serious, don't go pushing heavy weights until it stabilizes. I know from experience. You could be all done with it in 6 weeks of rehab or drag it on for 6+ months or more (like i did) if you don't rehab right...

Not to bash a chiropractor, cause my dad is one, but go to a real Dr. Orthopaedic Drs no a little bit more on this subject.
