I have gained quite a bit of weight being out of work sick for
3 months. I have gone up two pants sizes and need some real
advice. How can I lose my stomach (and love handles) without
losing weight all over? I have started working my abs 3 times a
week now. I just want to get down to a 36 waist without looking
all sickly. I was down to a 36 a few months ago but I looked
too small (especially the legs)! And a lot of people told me I looked like my face was too drawn in and that I should gain
weight. My current weight is 273. I am 6"5 so NO I am not a
fatty, just the belly. Please help???
