how to draw juice out of the bottle. the proper way

so i recently watched a friend of mine inject himself. he did it in quite a strange way. instead of pushing the plunger down and sticking it in the bottle and drawing out the juice, he kept it extended and inserted the needle. then he pushed the plunger down which made alot of air go into the bottle. once he drew the juice out he had to tap the syringe for about 2 minutes to get all the air to the top, then he put a little juice back in the bottle.(he took out more than he needed) i am wondering if this is a bad way to draw liquid from the vial. i have always pushed the plunger in first so that no air gets inside the bottle. even though he got all the air out of the syringe i personally think its not the best way to do this. with all this aside he has gained lke 12 lbs in 4 weeks so i guess its working haha

If you want to draw 1cc out of the vile, pull plunger back one cc full of air. Put needle in vial, and push 1cc of air into vial of gear. Then, draw 1cc of oil and pull needle out.

That is the "proper" way to draw oil...
You put the air in the vial to keep the pressure the same or something.

^^ Fresh needle = less ouchies, the rubber actually dulls the tip of the drawing needle

If you look at an SEM image of a needle tip after it has punctured human skin twice, it's completely curled up. So I agree it's best to swap needles after drawing

If you draw with a 20g and shoot with a 25g you should draw it out of the multidose vial to where the ring of the rubber plunger is below the 1ml marker on your barrel. (so essentially you're slightly under 1ml)

When you put on your 25g needle it should be perfectly at 1ml. Oil contained within the 20g needle displaces quite a bit more volume than the 25g needle (area of a circular cross section has a diameter^2 term in it).
