there is alot of good info here for us noobs though some would say different about some of the post but different aas works better worse and different in different ppl as we all know. stil a good post.

Although the POST is informative(though not original), I think it is somewhat useless for a newbie trying to construct a cycle. It's just a LOAD of info, which is great., but not the only variable at all.
