well since this old threads been bumped already

i train traps once a week directly on my back day, always found ive needed to train them to get good growth

give it 30-40 more pounds n ill be shruging 500s easy

plus IMO helps heaps getting ur deadlifts up and improves ur handgrip strength big time

big shrugs will give you nice man hands

calluses all the way baby

shrugging 500+ is already easy though. :confused:
 
Completely forgot about this. Yes! Military's crush your traps. Extra cool points for doing them standing like a man.

yes and with heals touching or its not a military press :biggrin:

i dont train traps much, couple of workouts lately Iv done some machine shrugs just to try them out but deads and military is what built my traps. I cant really say rows did either because there isnt one type of row that I have stuck with all along...
