I get them a couple times a week at age 28. Much less than when I was younger. A friend of mine never gets morning wood at 30. Is that what I have to look forward to?
I don't think i need anything anyways or id be hard all the time which sounds like it would be alright but that damn thingy gets in the way sometimes!!!!
usually have vit. B6 in it. I find it helps me fall asleep. But the body needs zinc to produce test. and they say most guys that lift tend to be zinc deficient, so maybe there's a correlation there.
