I weigh around 130pounds (yes I know i am skinny) height 5'11 or so. Anyways how much and when would I eat the following, ive been reading and these things look pretty nutritional
1) Bananas
2) Cashews
3) V8 Juice (which juice should i drink)
4) Chicken slices (sandwhiches)
5) white bread
6) eggs
ps im trying to gain muscle mass, any ideas, on what i should be eating more off etc.
