Depends on what exercises for me.
For bench, squats and deads i take as much as 5 mins...but for dips, curls, pulldowns ect i take anywhere between 2 and 4.
It depends on how fucked i am that day..or carbs intake.
I superset between bodyparts with around a minutes rest between, so its a minute between sets, but 2 1/2 - 3 minutes between sets for each particular bodypart
Depends on the day and the training mode I am in. During a light phase I take short rests 1-2min. During heavy phse especially if maxing long rests 3-10min. Just depends on how heavy I am going and what phase of training I am in.
