How Much Protein Do I Need On Cycle?

I personnaly would tend more on the 1.5(if not 1 per pound)then 4g since i dont think,whats important is having so much at a time but more having it ALL the time(never missing any...)Any ways ur body is metabolising so litle at a time,dont remember the numbers buts its very very small amount even on roids.So i would recomand eating proteine alsmost all the time with a litle of carbs also never alone but in very small quantaties is the best. :mix:
 
Throw some T-3 in there and your good to go. I've always consumed 3 shakes 100g each a day plus food. Better to have to much than to little.

Its not so much as what grams per lb of body weight but more the % of protein/ carbs/fats that form part of your overall calorie intake. Somewhere to start is around 40% protein, 45% carbs, 15% good fats. Then if you are not responding in mass you can move up the proteins & reduce the carbs. Dont forget that carbs are still the BBers main source of energy. Sure you need a lot of protein for repair work esp on cycle, but carbs are the bodies first source of energy & there should be enough of them in the daily diet to cater for heavy training sessions. Its all about finding what works for you.


I wonder how the "Blood Type" issue effects protein synthesis. I'm not familiar with that diet, but many people I know swear by it.

Each shake you have is 100 grams of protein? That would be four scoops of whey with what I use....If this is what your saying, thats too much at once your wasting your money and kidneys. Your body wont absorb more than 40-50 grams at once....
 
Homie I said add some t-3. The rest I dont use I piss or shit out. To fuck your kidneys up you have to ingest more protien than that plus lack H20. We could get into the whole concept of time it take the protien to be broken down, the rate at which it broken down, how fast it moves through you stomach to you GI track and the rate at wich it is absorbed. But that might hurt some heads.

That is a myth, it will absorb whatever the hell you put in it. The question is whether it will be used for the purposes that we want it used for.

i already fart enough to kill a flock of sheep man.. the bermuda triangle is caused by deep sea diving bodybuilders i believe. with all the protein sharts and farts that come up and take whole ships under man :worried:
