How much is too much cardio?

Yes I asked this before, but I am still unsure. How much is considered too much cardio? I know it is catabolic to do too much cardio but would 1 hour jog every morning and a 15 minute HIIT session every other day be considered too much cardio?

Like I said before, in July I am doing a 2 month extreme cutting cycle to lose BF that I gained in the past year by bulking. I want to cut as quick as possible so I can get back to bulking. The only reason I am cutting is because school starts in August and I want to wear really sexy cloths for the girls. In the winter I'll wear sweatshirts to hide my bulking. I don't want my cardio to deplete all the gains I gained this past year, but would like to lose 15-20lbs of solid BF in under 2 months. Would my before mentioned plan be too hard on mass or is it ok?
 
It all depends on what your Heart Rate is while doing cardio.. If you stay in a zone of 65-75% of max HR you should be ok. I do that and it burns alot of fat and no muscle at all !
 
I've been doing 1 hour of cardio 3 times per week with great results. I use the treadmill and keep my heart rate at 130-140bpm (25 years old). First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes after I take two NYC's and 10g glutamine. I do the cardio on my off days from the gym, but would like to add more.

I'd like to bump the cardio up to 6-7 times per week. I'm on a cutting cycle right now (test,winny,dex). Anyone know if its even wrth it to add more cardio at this point, and if so, when would be the ideal time to add it (on training days)? I train late morning, so would postworkout be best to do the cardio?
