I think this would be better for me than a banana, so would 2 tbsp be ok? And if I mixed it with my shake the night before, put it in the fridge and take it in the morning will taht be ok?
You dont need any simple sugar post workout, i used to fall for these shit, waxy maize, dextrose all these shit are garbage and makes you FAT.. Take a protein shake with a banana if you want post workout, then 10 min later eat lots of carbs and lean protein, sweet potatoe and rice are the best choice for carbs and chicken breast for protein..

Lots of carbs post workout to replenish glycogen and recover faster for the next workout.. I train at 5:00pm and sleep at 12:00, so im good.. If you cant sleep with lots of food, either workout earlier or just do what you already do.. Chicken and salad post wokout is nothing, you need atealst 2 good sized meals after workout, 1 immedialty after workout another 2-3hrs later..
