I'm not doing any flat benching in my current routine and it's been a long while since I've maxed. I would say I currently I could rep 275 for a double or triple max.
I am doing sets of 8 with 70 pounds added to dips for my main upper body press exercise at the moment though This seems to be the only lift besides chins/pull ups that is increasing on my diet.
