im only maxing at 135 but i dont go for strength,i may try to get it up but i dont think it is a priority,i close grio bench more then i regular bench,odd aint it
My best is 335 @ 185lbs, but right now I can probably go for 315 @ 185. I never max since my surgeries on the shoulders. I usually try to get 225 for reps and right now I'm at around 18-20 reps.
