yes, according to you guys ball room heho oh and the ever so vicious pittbull2 oooooohhhhhh i may be weak. let me guess you guys are about 5'0''right so your range of motion is about as short as you are. sure if i was that short i would bench more. but here is the deal im 6'6'' and have alot more range of motion to go through and if you shitbricks had any clue you would know that their is strength ratio according to ones range of motion. dont get me wrong im sure you all are strong by that i mean your mouth!so stop flappin your yap you bunch of unsavage yeaste boys.
 
Oh joe, yes I am a runt only 5'6 216 and I have my weakness too on other exercises so don't get down to bad bro, I'm just suprised to hear what you said 6'6 250 lbs and only ??? anyway j/k.

No, I'm 6'2 1/2....and I just got some pretty good genes when it comes to strength. I was just joking anyway.
 
Some, well actually a majority of these posts are absolutely ridiculous. That kind of weight for that many reps is insane. I don't care how long you've been lifting and what kind of A.S. you are taking, some of those numbers are impossible.

I have to agree with a few others who felt like the board is getting out of hand. I mean, I get on here to read the opinions of others, and to try to contribute a little, but after a few minutes of reading some of this b.s. it makes me just log out and find something better to do.

Somebody please try to get this board straightened out. It's starting to SUCK.
 
my weight, 220...shit, at least 95...but i'm not sure

just kidding... my max is around 425, and my strength curve is slightly offset towards my max, so probably 225 for high 20's or so??
 
in the summer

i weighed in at 165 and could bench 230 for 17 max bench was 310 but i havent worked that hard since the summer
 
I pull this thread up ocassionally just to read all of the guys that say bullshit to some of the claims, Nobody , I repeat nobody has said anything unbelivable...including me. Out of 2000 view of this post not one person has taken me up on my cash challenge $200 for me to rep 225 over say 35 times...there has to somebody from washington that has read this thread! But apparently no one with the ball to put up some "BULLSHIT MONEY"
Last week I took a guy from work to the gym to educate him on the finer technics that he has not learned in 3 years of training. Anyway on outr last set of bench I did 225 for 33 times (bad day, someone could have collected) ...he was really impressed , he didn't doubt me , and he laughed when i told him I had been called a liar by pencil necked geeks across the nation (world?) anyway , the challeng is still open ,200$$ for me to do 225x 35 + times [email protected]
BTW before you take me up on it ...take a look at this picture of my arms and shoulders,,,,still doubt it???
