I am around 230 lbs. now and dropping.. I am trying to shredded and that's my main focus right now.. my upper arms are around 17.5" and my forearms measured 16" around 6 months ago. I am trying to really lose as much fat as possible and am thinking about going with a CKD...
about 12-15 for major body parts and about 6 for minor, I feel that after working a major muscle group the minor doesn't need as much work compared to days they are done by them selves ie.. 6 for tris on chest and about 9 when just tris and bis day.
