Do you mean reps or sets? over 5 or 6 sets is just insane and 25 is ludicrous!! I usually do 8-12 reps per set and I usually do 3-4 sets per exercise. I do 3 or 4 exersices per bodypart except for legs which I usually hit pretty hard because they are such a big area, usually 5 or 6 exercises for legs.
Depends on the phase of training I'm in.If I'm training for strength, it's 1 exercise for 3-6 work sets.If I'm training for size, it's 2 exercises for 2-4 work sets each.
