How many of you perform a lot of 'forced reps'?

Ive done them on bench and bis, although you gotta be careful with bis, maybe just one or 2 at the most

it definately increases strength

I went through a stage ofdoing them every week on bench to the point where i couldnt stop the bar from coming down, my strength shot up big time

i dont do them too often now though, as I am trying to concentrate more on my form

Working out alone means Rarely if ever.
I usually will drop set and go until I totally fail with a very light weight.:bawling:

is this a joke?

I use forced reps on every upper body exercise. It the best may to maximize the intensity of your workout. In order to grow, you gotta shock your muscles by beating the hell out of them in the gym.

Depends on the workout buddy I'm with..There this one bro who really psyches me up. Whenever I workout with him its killing me and I love it!

I use them on my power week. Once every two months I have what I call a power week in which I have 0 rest between sets and go untill I cannot even lift the princess dumbell set in the gym. Other then that I do not use them. I find it funny because alot of people do "forced workouts". have you ever seen that guy who is like 160 putting 2-3 plates on the bench and you don't really know if his bud is doing half ass deadlifts or if the dude is benching...
