how many carbs?

Why not try a protien drink during your workout. Most gynms sell it. It is great for energy and recovery. at least for me.
 
actually yeah i tried that and i liked it, i felt like i could work out for longer.....

my problem is that if i dont eat carbs i feel hungry and weak....i think ill try substituting my carb mid day meals with nuts and see how that works for energy and hunger satisfaction

Yes, Dave Palumbo is a GOD, I have read some really amazing bits of info from him.

He only recommends low carbs, high fats for comp diets.

OFF SEASON to put on muscle, he recommends carbs.

I wouldn't go that far but he has good theories. I wish he had laid off the GH. His most recent guest posing displayed a bigger distended stomach than Ronnie,. He can always get super shredded though.
