How many calories a day?

My cycle
weeks 1-10
400mg nandrolone decanoate
250 mg test cypionate

Large Frame
6'1 195 33w

4000-5000 calories a day
20%- fat
30%- Carbs
50%-Prot.

Does anyone here think i should only do 3-4000 calories, and if so why.

Hard to say. What's your BF%?
 
If you want to try and put on a little less fat you could go 3500-4000.

Tough call since every1 is different. I've seen friends eat lots of clean, quality calories and gained an average amount of mass, but not phenomenal. Some grow like weeds and turn into monsters. Me personally, I do well on a high protein diet that never exceeds 2,500 cal. I don't know why. During one cycle I went for 4000 cal, and I wasn't happy with my results. My gains had a different look. More puffy than hard. I would say quality calories are what matter.
 
Yep depends on your body type. If you already know how many calories you need to maintain your weight, I'd just add 500/day to that for starters. If your weight gains aren't up to what you want at that intake, add 2-300/day more until you reach a good mix of weight gain without putting on too much fat. Personally, I don't even go below 3000/day when dieting, and I only weigh about 185 at 5'5". Bulking for me is 4500-5500/day, dieting usually 3200-3500.
 
the more food u eat the bigger you'll get, it must be clean food, no garbage......thats the hard part.....the more garbage calories you eat the fatter you will get.
