So my wrist has been hurting I last worked chest Monday of last week. I decided to take a week off. My wrist feels so much better so I went to do DB incline press and it still hurt a tiny bit. So How long should I take off and will I lose muscle. I was thinking of doing back tom and low weights for.bicep curls..
