How long is your workout?

Generally an hour to an hour and a half. I lift 3 nights a week and try to get everything done as quick as I can but lifting in a basement with 3 other guys kinda hold you back in that aspect!!
 
1 hour or so 3 days per week and the gains keep coming!

monday-chest/back about 40mins
tuesday-shoulder-30mins
thursday-legs/arms about 40mins
friday-CHEST/BACK/SHOULDERS about 50mins
 
45 minutes of weights. 20 minute addtion for abs or cardio, depends on the day. I workout 5 days a week with weekends off, in this order:
Monday - Chest / Cardio
Tuesday - Back / Abs
Wednesday - Shoulders / Cardio
Thursday - Arms / Abs
Friday - Legs / Cardio
