how long before start calling scammer

ok, ive made an order and its been a little over 4 weeks already and its comong from europe.this guy was backed by a lot of people.no cpmplaints anywhere, only praise.his delivery time was 7-14 days is what gets me worried.he said he resent it and its now another 10 days.he always answers my emails and fast.he seems like he is being honest and cant figure out why i didnt get my order.has anyone had an order take that long.well the second one wassent to another address so we will see.i dont know what to think.
i did plenty of research before ordering, and have not heard a bad thing so, its not that

give him some time bro your not his only customer he is probably very busy. 4 weeks is by no means fast but it could be worse some guys will tell you to give them 8 to 12 if thats the case i would find a better source but the main thing is that it is real. wouldnt you feel bad if you called him a scammer and got your gear a week later.

The mail from europe was particularly slow about a month ago. i sent some gifts to guys in the us and canada and they took a month! normally its like 5-10 days.

This should be asked to a mod/vet via email. Yes, I know you didn't mention any source names or anything but verifying scammers or legits etc. should be done privately- AD

give the guy a little more time-my last overseas (europe) package took 6 weeks-things are going real slow lately.

Before you call him a scammer remember that customs may have snagged your package! Sometimes it takes several months before you get your seizure letter from customs. Just remain patient and check with a mod before you lable your source as a scammer.
