How early is too early for botox?

I'm 29 and was offered free treatments for botox but I turned them down for now. I feel its too young to worry about botox. On the other hand, it could be a good wrinkle preventative. What do you think? I can always change my mind. My sister trains nurses so I can can always be her guinea pig for free :D

I don't know.....I'm all about fighting my mortal enemy, Father Time.....any way necessary. But I'm 39 and haven't even gone the Botox route. Not sure I fully trust it yet.......kicking it around, though - can't lie. At 29 I'd say you are probably fine - don't mess with anything that could have possible negative repercussions down the line unless you REALLY need to! :)

I'm pretty sure its contraindicted

I mean.. it IS botulism
with the risk , even minute of side effects..I don't think I'd want to gamble it

idk, I was toying with it because at 33 Im getting the forehead frown lines from squinting in the sun so much

now...I cant till next yr

I already have the forehead frown lines and I've had them for awhile. Thats what my sis wanted to do on me. Her forehead is smooth and she's my twin, so I feel kinda like I'm getting left behind to age while she stays the same :lmao:

Ohhhhhh! Yeah....if I had a twin I had to look at all the time, I am sure I'd feel the same way. I just have to look at my husband who is ten years younger than me every day.....that's kind of a kicker. lol

I know! lol my sis is pretty vain I hate to say, she has already had botox, filler in her cheeks and lips...at first I scoffed but now I'm starting to get a little insecure because we are compared to each other so often. Pretty soon I'm going to be the older sister lol!

I say give it a shot! Whatever makes you feel good and besides the effects only last about 3-4 months it's not like it's permanent so if you feel it's not for you then don't get anymore treatments. But from what I hear once you start to get them it becomes addicting. One of my friends got it and she is only 27, but she has spent a lot of time in the sun without using sunscreen and has a lot of sun damage. I have to say she looked great.

I think Botox makes women look a bit freakish, it is definitely noticeable.
