I am currently 5'7 at 160. My pecs are rock hard now, but my stomach and face are starting to get pudgy, so i think it is time to start cutting, and then when i lean up, go right back to bulking. I was planning on doing a low fat/ no-low carb/very high protein diet, run for 30 minutes twice a week, continue doing my bulking workout of high weight, low reps (i have seen great strentgh and size gains with it, so i might as well keep doing it so i don't lose that much muscle or get weaker while cutting). I have never cut before, so can someone tell me if this sounds like a good plan? Also, i was planning on just gorging on protein, like eat chitloads of fish, chicken etc. I am paranoid about losing muscle, so that is why i would do that. Thanks.
