how do you guys stretch before upper body workouts?

I know what he's talking about bro.

What percentage of trainees do you think have tight chests and lats????? All of them? lol

He also asked how do we stretch before upper body workouts :)

Yeah I know you know but joed came back and said not to stretch before workouts, he must have thought jdid was talking about static stretches:) I agree about tightness though, I used to never stretch and still know lots of guys at my gym that never stretch.
 
thanks SL! I did shoulder dislocates today along with a lot of arm circles and they felt good. I should definitely do some foam rolling stuff. I just realized about a month ago they have them at my gym near all of the bands
 
i dont stretch at all in any way before i start lifting. i go to the gym and start my warm up sets then start working. after i am dine with a muscle group i stretch it. i beleive this is the the way it should be done. i personally have not had a single injury so far.
