just wondering when all of you think the ideal time is to start juicing. when do u know you've reached or are close to reaching you're genetic potential?
i started using before i reached my genetic potential i know. i started when i knew i had enough discipline to stick to my diet, go to the gym consistently, and have decent form when i lift. i know that i could have improved a lot before i started, but i really wanted to see the results of my effort faster (and feel better about myself). i think i tend to hold back questions from this board related to my cycle because i know there are people who've gone far beyond me by having trained longer and harder by being more disciplined (uh um... spatts ).
