How do I maintain muscle while cutting, besides CKD

Im just wondering because I really havent heard of anything as Effective as CKD. Do you guys know of any other diets that could get you lean while keeping muscle or even gaining a little?

Im planning on doing some Clen, ZIP, Lipo-something, and maybe even Anavar.

Cutting and bulking are two different things, for cutting you need below BMR calories, for bulking you need about BMR calories, so you can't do both at one time (at least not in one day).

I would suggest looking into calor/carb/protein cycling:

If you want to cut, you are going to lose some muscle. It's pretty much inevitable. However, you can minimize the loss by keeping protein up and taking glutamine. Glutamine and BCAA's have been known to minimize atrophy.
 
Well, if I was taking something, like Clen or AAS, to get ripped only, what should my Macro ratios look like, and how should they be timed. Also when would the best time to do cardio be?
 
ive been successfull with 50/30/30 - p/c/f .. most important thing is to keep your protein intake high regardless of the diet you choose to go with

You don't need clen or AS to keep muscle while cutting; a proper diet w/ proper refeeds and nutrient ratios will disillusion that problem. Dont fall into the trap of thinking that AS is the only way to go.

50 + 30 + 30 = 110 homeboy, where did you learn your math?
