I am in a bulking cycle right now. I am trying to take in 300+ grams of protein a day. But, some of my meals are on the run, like fast food grilled chicken sandwiches, chinese chicken & veg.
How clean do you eat, no fast food and low carbs, or anything you can get your hands on?
I am trying to gain as little fat as possible, but still want the best results in size too. What do you think?
