well i was at serous risk of heart atack a few months back. my heart was enlarges and my levels where all over the place. my diet, size, training, and heavy steroid use where all equally responsible. i am only 31.
my heart is now fully recoveren and healthy. i am doing things differently now but i still eat steak 2x per day. the key is to get lean cuts. the steak where you cant see any grains of fat in it and you trim the fat off the edges before you cook. mak your fats healthy ones like nuts, eat lots of whole grain carbs, take vitamins, and do cardio 3 or more times per weak.
i am talking from a bodybuilding stand point. if you want to only focus on health then you shouldnt be eating much of any protein source like beef or chicken. you would want roughly 2 oz of lean meat or fish 4x per day with fruits, veggies, nuts, and a little grains
