How A Genetically Average Joe Can Gain 25 Pounds Of Muscle In 8 Weeks

Hey everyone,

I actually purchased this many years ago (around 2002-2004).

I didn't gain 25 pounds but I did gain around 16.

It's not all in the training but the training definitely played a strong role.

My lifts increased at a pretty steady rate but I also noticed about 2 days during the 8 weeks when I only ate 4 meals in the day (instead of the 6)and guess what... couldnt increase in weight or reps, however once i got back to the 6 meals per day I started getting stronger again - to me the diet is 70% and the training is 30%

Follow the diet + the training 100% and you WILL gain weight, maybe you'll gain more than I did maybe you'll gain less but I'm positive that if you follow this plan you WILL gain weight. This approach to diet and training took me from about 186 to 202 at the end of 8 weeks (yes my weight fluctuated up and down a bit during this time) but it definitely worked!
