How A Genetically Average Joe Can Gain 25 Pounds Of Muscle In 8 Weeks

Hey has anyone seen, bought or used this method in this book??

It's a book called "How A Genetically Average Joe Can Gain 25 Pounds Of Muscle In 8 Weeks"

My little brother is trying to get into working out, and like all beginners beleives everything that companies say. So I tried to explained to him it's most likley a scam, they they will take his 77 bucks and tell him to lift hard, and that would be about it.

As I was reading through the ad though something did catch my eye...here is the part that caught my eye

"How to use a special, totally legal dietary supplement I call "White Magic", available in any grocery store, to pack on slabs of muscle"

It talks about "White Magic" that you buy at any Grocery store...does anyone know what it is??? The only thing I can think of is Crisco Sugar or flour, and Slabs of Muscle are most likely slabs of fat.

Anyway I wanted to know if anyone knew anything about this so I can tell my brother for sure it's a waste of money.

Thanks

By the way here is the site he got it from, if you care

I've never heard of it. But it's a scam. Guys on gear don't even put on that much in two months. Don't waste your money.

Sound like something my step-son would bite on for sure. It can't happen, won't happen, don't happen that way. If he's really looking for that type of gain refer him to the Anabolic discussion board here. Maybe it's not for him but at least that is real information.

what a scam. The magic white thing is gonna turn out to be egg white substitute or something maybe even milk, but still it is an incredibly obvious scam. Tell him to forget about giving money to that thing and have him get on elite and ask a few questions about what he should be eating and how he should be lifting an with the money he saves he can buy the new clothes he needs after gaining the 45 pounds of muscle the advice from this board will help him gain in under 2 months............................. just kidding bout the last part

My brother just turned 15, is into football and wrestling...that type of sh*t. So he's just starting working out and you know how it is...we were all looking for that magic pill when we first start. I'm 23, and just now getting to the point where I'm happy with myself, I've been liftin since I was 15. I've told him countless times...it take time, effort, and even age...as body chemistry changes so do muscles. I keep telling him, that he's not going to get a BB body over nght, if ever. He'll be able to get the body that he works for, but there is not magic pill. Alas you know how we all were when we first started...going to GNC and trying to find the Magic pill...and it doens' exist.

15 and just starting to lift that is a scary time. When I was in high school( a long time ago) was when steriods were just really becoming commonly used. Many of the football players who were 15-18 used and abused them all because of the magical gains it helped them get. Many of those young boys who were too young to even consider using gear are now having some serious medical problems. At that age your body is producing an over abundance of what it needs. Taking any kind of supplements is really not needed and possibly dangerous and I am even talking about the over the counter stuff. Nothing worse than seeing a teenage kid with gyno because he used some sort of andro and had too much test in his system already because of his age and it aromatised into estrogen. The two biggest things a kid can do to help make gains and build a good muscle base are workout very hard and intense with the best form they can use, and most importantly is to learn as much as they can about their diet and how to watch it properly.
