How a 16 year old 6 ft 215lb looks

Alpha, i respect you but you've only been back training a few months... i am 17 and have been training 4.5years i can suqaut 585 bench 320 and dead 535 and i have dieted down to stage shape without gear and got as big 230 at 5'8 and held a 6 pack with very little gear... does this mean i cant train or diet properly because im 17? Im on hrt so fyi

I prefer eating waffles with a whole vial of tren as syrup and Dianabol pieces in them. Great diet advice as I don't work hard apparently because I'm 16 and this is how I obtain my results lol

Ask your dr the dose since you won't take the advice given and think you know everything.... Smfh


Literally no ones given hi advice except having a sook about him being on trt for reasons He can't change and being told He hasnt worked hard for where Hes gotten to. He's perscribed 150mgs of test undeconate a week as mentioned about 4 times if you read anything said, but obviously you haven't seeing as you think He knows everything which he never claimed too.

j_oel, take advice from professionals not some idiot on a forum who assumes you're lazy because you're on trt for reason you can't change. You guys don't need to come on here all butthurt because someone who's like half your age looks better than you
 
J_oel, saying this as someone that IS around your age and does intend to use, from my own extensive knowledge of how these substances work, at some point in time if you want to have kids you'll have to go on extensive HCG therapy to get your sperm count back up. Living long is arguable, I believe that the steroids themselves don't cause premature aging and death, rather the SIZE that the steroids, HGH and insulin get you to. Being 6'1 and 280 lbs or 5'10 255 ripped is not healthy long-term. If you plan to grow to huge, huge proportions, or even just continue to use steroids, make sure your diet is on point. I would recommend abstaining from unhealthy/greasy fast food, getting to a leaner bodyfat, adding in cardio or just maintaining a high activity level, along with getting routine bloodwork done every few months and always before you begin another blast. Good luck bro.


This is what you need to do though j_oel. Regular blood checks which I assume you're already getting bejng you're on a doctors perception of trt.

Little look at me now at about 227lbs 17.5" arms. Filling out nicely plan is to get up to 240ish in the next 5 weeks before I start cutting where I plan on getting down to a ripped, hard, lean 210-215lbs whilst keeping all my size. It will be a slow and steady cut with carb cycling. I drop fat relatively easily being in naturally skinny with a fast metabolism so I don't need to do anything to fancy as I've never done in my previous cuts. Benching 275lbs for like 8 reps and 225 on incline for 15 reps.

Here's a picture someone took of me (in my pj's I know lol) relaxed lookin kinda big lol. Arms are 17.6" aim is to get them to 18+ in the next 10-12 with 27-28 inch legs, which should leave me at About 245lbs. I'm 104.5kg (230lbs) and leaner and way fuller than I was at the start of the year at 195lbs, which means the 35lbs have been primarily all muscle. My diet is changing in 2 weeks with an extra meal added in, ratios changing from 50c/30p/20f to 30c/40p/30f will do my best to keep same condition. After this I will then begin a long awaited cut which I will hope to drop 20 or so lbs over a period of 8 weeks. Will be a slow steady cut as I don't hold muscle well if I don't diret properly, but I drop fat relatively easy without the need of any type of cardio.
