i'm cutting in about a week. i'm tired of the diet i always go on, i have to go to the extreme to lose the extra fat each year. the CKD seems like it would be so much easier, i'm just not sure how to go about it and want to make sure i do it right and dont end up looking like a whale. i know the basics, low carb high fat and protiens, but is there some sort of calc you use or something? right now I'm 5"7 195, no idea what bf i'm at, probably 12% or so. wanting to lose 10-15 or so withen a month or 2. the diet i have been doing in the past takes about a month and a half to lose 15 pounds, but i'm so sick of it. HOOK A FATTY UP!!!
