1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
2 egg whites
1 & 1/4 cups whey protein powder
2 cups toasted oats or low carb oatmeal/bran/low carb cerial crushed
½ cup milk or chocolate carb countdown milk
Mix peanut butter and egg whites in a pan, heat on a double boiler until water boils, stirring constantly. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Smooth into 13x9 tray and leave for 20 minutes. Cut into 10 bars. Wrap and store in the fridge.
If you don't want to do the double boiler, just mix the peanut butter and egg whites in a microwave on low and stop every 30 seconds to stir so the egg whites don't cook.
