Just last night I did a video segment on meal food prep. We made a [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]vegan taco salad, lentil pasta and chia seed pudding for dessert.
Vegan food is loaded with fiber because it's basically just whole grains, beans and fruits/vegetables.
I am not a vegan but I prep a lot of vegan meals and then add a protein source to the meals. [/FONT]
