HGH or Nolvadex ??

I'm curious - how do you know its the GH making the diff -- could be the var, could be the training, could be the increased recovery ability w/ the GH + var, could be the tight diet she should be following while using those supps...

Just curious if you are able to quantify ...

She has cut with var only before. Training diet everything else the same. This time with the added GH there has been a HUGE difference. I have pics posted on another site pm'd you the link

Got em, thx.

As far as nolva -- listen -- I dieted down for a competition in May. I naturally carry a lot of my fat in my hips and this all went down w/ my contest prep. I was "off" for 2 months before starting prep for my next show (Sept) and I have not gained back my hips. I think that if you get over that hump of getting rid of the hips, you can continue to work forward without forever battling them. But I continue NOT recommend using nolva as your method of losing bodyfat in those areas where women tend to have a higher concntration of fat cells. It still all comes down to diet & training & cardio to the level that your body requires.

Thanks and I agree, it's the safest and best chance of being permanent.
