HGH for growing wrist/bone diameter in adult? Seeking advice

Hello!

Brand new to the forums, have spent quite a bit of time recently researching Growth Hormones, checking up the guides, experiences, etc.

I've always been really small boned, my height is fine though. I am not a body builder, I don't want to get big, I just want to acheive a normal fit look, so I've been lifting the past few months trying to gain weight, and will continue to do so.

I am 21 years old, 6'1" and weigh 134 pounds. My wrists are 6.5 inches. I understand that lifting will not affect my wrist size as it is bone, not muscle. Overall I am just so skinny looking, even when putting on muscle, it's easy to see - I'm a tiny dude :( - Small head, wrists, etc.

Anyways, I want to try a GH cycle, simply to assist in bone growth. So this will be a one time thing for 6-9 months. However, I really need some help/advice!

I know that at my age, GH won't assist in height (though an extra inch would be nice ha), but from what I've read, I think it can still assist in the diameter? I want to increase the diameter of my bones. I think I can handle the likely bone-growth side effects:

- My jaw is underdeveloped, so if a side effect is jaw growth, that should be ok.
- I wouldn't mind enhanced cheekbones, so again, if it's a side effect - I can deal with it, kind of looking forward to it!
- Bigger feet scare me, but I can manage a size or two.
- Bigger hands, not that big of a deal, they are kind of small anyways. If hands can grow, wrists definately can yeah?

As far as other side effects, I'll have to manage as/if they arise. Though the organ growth scares me, and would like some feedback on if it's likely in only one cycle, and if there's anything I can do to combat it without compromising bone growth?

To acheive my goals of overall bone growth, does anyone have any recomandations as to doses, cycle length, etc? I read that started out at 1-2 IUs/day and gradually increasing is the best way to go, reaching up to eventually about 5 IUs/day. But that was for muscle training, and fat loss. Would it be enough to see any bone growth?

And, lastly, can I even expect bone growth in areas such as the wrist and arms, or is it really only going to happen in face, feet, and hands?

Oh, and types/brands of HGH...please help as well. Considering Jintropin.

I want to enter this experience informed, so thanks in advance for any constructive feedback. :)

We are bodybuilders and powerlifters bro. We know how to build muscle and power and stamina. But your talking about things that are really out of almost all of our experience. You may get some sort of advice here but this sounds like something you need to talk to a doc about. We just won't know enough to be that helpful I wouldn't think.

The reason you look skinny in not because of small bones. You look skinny because you're 6'1" and weigh 134 pounds. You dont need steroids or HGH, what you need is FOOD. Work your calories from the 1600cals you're eating now to a good clean 4000cals and you will be amazed on how much weight you put on. Don't be scared to put on some fat and from a bodybuilding perspective small bones are actually good. And lifting does increase wrist size, when i weighed 180 I could meet my thumb and middle finger around my wrist. Now I weight 265 and there is a one inch gap between the thumb and middle finger.

You should seek a plastic surgeon for this. GH will not cause any noticeable change in your jaw line/ cheek bones. Look at the top IFFB pros they are in the mid 30's and have been doing huge amounts of HGH for decades and their faces have changed a little but only with very high doses and time.

Thanks for your advice Goal. I definately want to increase my calories, and am willing to give that a go before attempting a GH cycle. Do you recommend any resources for proper dieting? Won't lean foods just add fat to your body the same way as carbs and fatty foods do? I see guys bigger than me, who aren't terribly muscular, but definately aren't fat either, they just look like they have more "meat" - what is that? Fat, muscles, or something else? Always figured it was bigger bones.

Your wasting your time. Think about this a second. Larger joints with same size muscles will give the illusion of your muscles being even smaller. Small joints are not a bad thing; acutally can be a good thing if in proportion to muscles. Like Goal245 said all you need is some food. Simple as that.

As far as diet goes a ratio of about 40% carbs, 45% protein and 15 fats works great for adding muscle. For example work your way up to this over 2-3 months:

4000cals = 1600cals from carbs, 1800cals from protein and 600 fats = 400grams carbs, 450 protein and 67 grams fat. This is the basic diet i used to go from about 156 to 230 naturaly-with out steroids in about a year.

A few tips

  • Absolutely no simple carbs except for post workout.(this will raise your natural growth hormone and keep you leaner)
  • Dring 2-3 gallons dialy
  • Sleep 8-10 hours/day
  • Dont over train- train only 4 times a week and dont do cardio.
Good carb sources:
Oatmeal- not the sugary kind, Brown rice, Sweet potato, Maltodexrin- post workout.

Good protein sources:
Chicken, Fish, Beef, 2% Cottage cheese- before bed, Whey

Good fats:

Peanut butter, Fish oil, Flax oil, nuts

Be consistent with your diet and you'll grow.

awsome advice goal245.
Theres no easy way out. It takes alot of work and determination. But you will 100% see great results if you stick to what he is saying.
