...I was told that it is the Carbs in your meals that make you tired when you are using HGH. Maybe is has something to do with the levels of bloodsugar that is in your system after a meal rich on carbs. HGH makes your body more sensitive to rises in bloodsugar levels. (In fact, I eat only slow carbs during two meals (I have 6 meals a day) during the day and only eat protein after 18 at night)
I been on 4iu HGH a day for 7 days a week, 3 months so far, so I have experience... I will do atleast 8 months
It makes you sleep harder, gives you more energy (if I take a shot later then 5 o`clock in the evening I can not sleep until 2-3:ish at night)
It will make you loose bodyfat, but that takes time... 2-3 months before you notice results... And if you eat carbs in the evening... then you get very bloated the next day... It works very very well if you are eating most of your carbs at breakfast and lunch... then after 18 o`clock, only protein...
People who have a very hard diet, or on Atkins will notice that their musclemass dont fade away in the same pace as usual... (Even when training very hard, Im running 12km 4 days week and 30km every Sunday. Ride my bike 40km 2 times a week and swim 1-2km 2 times a week. And I also do weighttraining 5 days a week...) Atleast that is my own experience...
I was told also to take the shots in the morning and in the afternon, around 5-6 hours after the 1st shot.... In my case that is around 2-3 in the afternoon. The reason for this is not to upset your own production of HGH (males get their natural HGH when they sleep)
I havent used Testosterone at all... Now after 3 months! ...I started eating Turinabol, 20mg a day (very low dose)... So all those talk about Carpal Tunnel Syndome I think relates to when people are using large quantities of roids together with HGH... To get that Belgian Blue size...
HGH will open up small blood vessels throughout your entire body, so people who are undergoing surgery should think about this. Since it might effect the outcome of the surgery in a negative way. Should also inform your surgeon about this before surgery. ...This is also good for people like me who wants to have more oxygen delivered to my muscles when I swim, bike or run...
I never tried Atkins while on HGH... In fact I never tried any diet. Never weight my food on a scale or counted protein vs. carbs in % etc.... I just try to eat healthy and I cut out carbs as much as possible after 18 at night (easy way to do that is eating protein bars containing 200-300cal those "protein-only" meals) ...But I imagine weightloss while on a strickt Atkins, during which time you are taking HGH would be something amazing...
This is my experience
