I think that you are getting ahead of yourself a little. You have accomplished a lot in only six weeks.
Keep doing what you are doing, and try to lower your bf a little more, and then you will eat for muscle growth.
add 20 g of carbs and 30g of protein, and add some good fats like olive oil or flaxseed oil(just a little.), and do a little more cardio. I would like to see a better breakfest than the one you are having( maybe egg whites). Eat a small apple 30-45 mins before weight training(that's your 20g of carbs)
