the one thing that I really lack is good sized forearms.
the thing is, when I do wrist curls with a dumbell, it will work the forearm nicely, but it really hurts my wrist..it hurts for a while when I use it. Should I use less weight? or do different exercises??
What other exercises could be good that wont hurt my wrists??
